SWAN HILL UNITING CHURCH FABRIC ART GROUP
We were motivated by an exhibition of the Traralgon Uniting Church Fabric art group whose works were featured at the Swan Hill Anglican Art Show.

Some of our group attended a workshop to hear how to use fabric and pins on styrene foam boards, and as a group, form ideas to create a wall hanging to display in our church.

Inspired, we formedĀ our group. There a currently thirteen completed pieces, all of which have been inspired by a biblical theme or social issue and these are rotated according to the appropriate liturgy of the day or the season.

Each member of the group contributes in their own way and we have all grown from our activities which stimulate thought, discussion, debate and creativity.

HOPE! Does ‘‘RAINBOW’‘ represent hope in a troubled world?

What are you inspired to imagine!
